In his ten years on the bench as your Associate Magistrate, Wade has presided over every type of case that comes before the court.

Wade is a practicing attorney and former prosecutor with valuable experience in all areas of the law.

Having spent many years in the legal arena, Wade knows what changes need to be made.

Serving Our Community

Wade is a long time Columbia County resident and is married to Alice Wheatley Padgett. They have two children, Matt and Jordan.

Wade volunteers his time as a coach with the Columbia County Recreation Department.

Wade is the Chairman of Leadership Augusta and is on the board of the Chamber of Commerce.

Wade and Alice are active members of Wesley United Methodist Church.
